Welcome to the Bloomingdale High School Thespian Boosters,

 

2015 - 2016 is was our founding year. We are all very excited to finally have a booster organization to support the Theater program and are looking forward to an incredible year. The first year we worked on a variety of projects designed to help kick-start the booster program and give it a firm foundation for strong development in the future. We incorporated our organization, filed for our 5013c designation, developed a website, formed a Facebook page and twitter account. We also developed a social media and fundraising plan to provide much needed financial help for the HUGE list of needed items and increase awareness of the program.

Now we are launching our membership drive. It’s our first big campaign to start funding the many needs of the theater program. To be successful, we need your help.

 

Why should you care?

 

Considering the story of Tyler Baker, a Bloomingdale student looking forward to his senior year with no idea of what he was going to do after high school until one day, his freshman sister talks to him about theater. The next thing you know Tyler is the lead in the spring performance, enrolled in summer theater classes at Patel Conservatory, auditioning for theater colleges and lands a scholarship and entrance to the prestigious AMDA, College of the performing arts.

 

As a member, you will be paving the way to impact the lives of our students now, as well as, many future generations. Please consider joining our group and becoming one of a select few that share our passion for providing our students the tools they need for success.
